Just pick an image from your next photo shoot, and it is on the house. I will give you a free 5×7 as a thank you for your business.
Don’t forget, I have great package deals and the bigger the package the bigger the savings.
Have a great day!

Here is a great resource for photography tips. From how to use your camera to editing of your photos, you can find some easy to understand information at AdoramaTV.
I have really taken a liking to panorama photography. After learning a few new tricks I have become much better at capturing the photos I envision.
1st) You must use a tripod and it must be level.
2nd) Frame shot in portrait, it gives you more of the scene if cropping is necessary
3rd) Make sure you have enough image in each frame for good overlap
4th) Use a program like Photoshop to assemble the multiple shots
5th) Crop the best part (if any cropping is needed)
(Note) If you have an L-Bracket it makes it much easier to shoot in portrait mode, using the L-Bracket keeps the weight and lens centered over the tripod. With the lens centered you get less movement of the camera. Another benefit is that a traditional mount will hang the weight off to the side of the tripod. This weight to the side can be dangerous, if your camera / lens combo is heavy it might tip over.
(Note 2) I use a cable release, it keeps camera shake to a minimum. It isn’t necessary, but it sure makes for a great image. If you don’t have a cable release you can set you camera to timer mode so any vibration will have enough time to settle.

When I was about 6 years old my dad started racing off road cars, he continued racing until I was 13. He broke his back in a motorcycle accident and was unable to continue racing. If I had been 15 I would have kept racing, but I was too young and was not allowed due to age restrictions. However during the time of my dad racing, I was able to meet quite a few racing personalities like Walker Evans, Ivan Stewart, Roger Mears and many others. I have many great stories from those days and many great images to share.
Here is a link to some photos of my fathers racing days. I did not take these photos, but I did have a bunch of work scanning and color correcting most of them.
Here are the images I took for Grubb & Ellis last week. These images were taken with my Nikon D3s using a Nikon 24-70 2.8 Lens. I used lightroom to remove the key-stoning caused by angling the camera to fit the entire building.

So as I stated earlier, I switched back to Nikon. So what did I do with my old gear? I posted a nice link with great images of my gear and posted the info on FredMiranda.com and Craigslist.org. I sold everything within 3 days, and I mean everything. I sold small things like lens caps all the way up to my 300 2.8. If you are a member you can post your new and used item for sale on the Fred Miranda website.
Here is a link to my listing. It pays to make a nice listing with great detail and description if you want top dollar. Take your best images and create your add and see for yourself.

I recently switched back to Nikon from Canon, due to a new gig that required Nikon. I was a Nikon shooter before and I am happy to say I like the new equipment. As I get more acquainted with the new gear I will review it as my experience increases with the new gear.
